This is a lovely waterproof ladies outdoor hat. The hat is made from a wax cotton which is a waterproof fabric. The hat has a small brim and is a style that suits many people. The hat has a wool tweed band around the bottom of the crown in a matching colour tweed. There is a wool tweed bow at the side of the hat from the wool tweed fabric.
